The cell ships in a modular enclosure with ISO Class 5 filtration and a vibration-damped base. Each arm shares a synchronized controller that balances payloads, while an embedded Keyence vision stack handles part localization.
Taiwanese ODM Wistron beta-tested the cell on compact PCB assemblies, achieving 98% first-pass yield after two weeks of tuning. The integrated torque monitoring triggers automatic retries before handing a part to downstream inspection.
Yaskawa is offering financing bundles through its global partner network, pairing the cell with remote diagnostics and operator training. Deliveries start in January with UL and CE certifications in place.
