Agility Robotics’ reported footprint shows operating experience today—and a business plan that depends on far larger fleets tomorrow.
Agility Robotics said it has deployed its Digit humanoid at nine customer sites, with Digit humanoids logging more than 65,000 operating hours across them. The figures, reported by The Robot Report from Agility’s S-4 filing, mark the company’s current customer footprint—not the thousands of robots assumed in its longer-range plan.
The financial picture puts that gap in concrete terms. According to The Robot Report, the S-4 reported $1.8 million in net sales for 2025 against a $140 million operating loss. Agility also said it had more than $300 million in multi-year Digit v5 orders from one customer, which it expects to fulfill over the coming years. The report said those deployments and orders had not yet produced revenue close to supporting the company’s valuation.
Two ways to make money
The reported S-4 describes two Digit v5 models. With Robots-as-a-Service, Agility retains ownership and charges about $8,500 per month for robot access, software and maintenance, plus a $25,000 deployment fee. Customers can instead buy a robot for about $200,000, pay a $20,000 deployment fee, and spend roughly $36,000 annually on software and maintenance.
Agility’s illustrative trajectory calls for around 800 Digit v5 units in 2027, 7,000 by 2030 and up to 25,000 by 2035. At the stated monthly subscription rate, 25,000 robots would represent roughly $2.55 billion in annual subscription revenue.
The next practical milestone is conversion: turning reported site experience and multi-year orders into deployed, utilized fleets while contracts, timing, pricing and manufacturing costs support the model.
