The company announced a round the clock interactive livestream platform built around its ADAM humanoid, designed to let audiences chat with embodied AI as it operates in public spaces and service contexts. The live broadcast aims to push human robot interaction from a controlled showcase into a continuous, world rotating conversation. The Robot Report notes that the livestream format is meant to showcase how ADAM responds to dynamic, unscripted human input, a step beyond scripted demonstrations. The company said the livestream will enable audiences around the world to interact directly with ADAM in real time, creating a transparent test bed of what embodied AI can do in practice.

Richtech describes ADAM as part of a broader push built on three pillars: industrial, commercial, and data services. Since its founding in 2016, the company has pursued an approach that combines autonomous agents with a data backbone intended to improve performance at scale. In real world terms, ADAM has moved beyond theater demonstrations to tangible service roles. Last year, ADAM served drinks at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, a high touch hospitality setting that stresses reliability and interaction quality. And just recently, ADAM was shown preparing noodles at the National Restaurant Association show, underscoring a shift toward service-oriented tasks in public venues. These examples are used by Richtech to illustrate the kinds of embodied AI that can operate in consumer-facing environments.

To support this push, Richtech expanded its AI infrastructure footprint with a sizable capital investment. The company acquired a 79,325 square foot warehouse in Las Vegas, a move described as expanding its data infrastructure capacity to sustain AI development, training, and deployment at scale. The facility is positioned to underpin the real time data flows and compute requirements that feed the livestreamed ADAM interactions, reinforcing the link between on video interactions and ongoing AI improvement.

Industry observers will watch how this livestream approach translates into practical value. From a practitioner perspective, the initiative offers several concrete considerations. First, live audience interaction creates a rapid feedback loop for ADAM, but it also introduces safety, privacy, and moderation challenges that must be managed in real time. Second, the shift from scripted demos to continuous broadcasting increases the demand for robust reliability and fault handling in dynamic environments, where lighting, noise, and human behavior vary widely. Third, the Las Vegas data infrastructure investment signals a move from proof of concept to production-like scale, implying a need for disciplined data governance, model updates, and operational handoffs between development and field deployment. And fourth, the public, transparent testing regime can accelerate trust for embodied AI in business settings if reliability and safeguards keep pace with exposure.
