The 40,000-square-meter facility includes demo cells for electronics, medical and metalworking customers. ExcelLand pairs its cobots with machine vision kits sourced from Hikrobot and Keyence to cover quality inspection out of the box.
The company is staffing a multilingual support team to handle CE documentation and on-site training across Germany, Italy and Poland. ExcelLand says the hub shortens delivery times by consolidating customs paperwork and staging inventory.
Shanghai's Lingang authorities granted the project tax incentives as part of a robotics export push. ExcelLand plans to ship 6,000 units through the hub next year, focusing on SMEs upgrading manual lines.
