The program uses Fanuc's ZDT analytics platform to forecast component wear, then automatically ships replacement kits to plants ahead of failure windows. Certified crews handle swaps during planned micro-stoppages.

Honda's Marysville plant participated in the pilot, reporting that the service eliminated an average of six hours of unplanned downtime per month. Fanuc is expanding the program across North America with staged rollouts in Europe next summer.

Customers can bundle ZDT with Fanuc's new cybersecurity offering, which hardens robot controllers against ransomware via immutable backups and segmented remote access tunnels managed by Fanuc's support centers.
