Unitree Listing Sets a New Robot Valuation Marker

By Chen Wei1 min read

Single-source brief: A reported Unitree IPO result and AgiBot’s reported Hong Kong listing steps point to rising capital-market interest.

What changed

TMTPost reported that results from Unitree’s IPO lottery were released recently. The report gave an offering price of 150.80 yuan per share.

At that price, TMTPost said Unitree’s market value reached 60.99 billion yuan. It also reported a price-to-earnings ratio of 219 times.

The publication described the listing as a pricing benchmark for embodied-intelligence companies. These firms have often been valued through future-growth narratives, it said.

TMTPost also reported that AgiBot began pursuing a Hong Kong listing in late July. The supplied evidence does not state its filing status, exchange review stage, or expected timetable.

Why it matters

A public-market price can give Chinese robotics firms a clearer comparison point for fundraising and private valuations. It may also shape how investors judge firms working on embodied AI.

Still, the evidence does not confirm Unitree’s trading performance after listing. It also provides no production figures, customer deployments, revenue details, or independent robot performance tests.

The immediate change is therefore financial rather than operational. It signals reported movement toward public funding routes, while real-world deployment progress remains unclear.
