The same video says, “One humanoid robot rolls off the line every 10 minutes.” That points to a high-throughput assembly line, but it does not establish how many complete robots the factory has actually built.
IEEE Spectrum’s roundup does not independently confirm the factory’s operating status, production rate, or the meaning of the 1,000-to-10,000 figure. It is unclear whether those numbers describe completed robots, planned capacity, or another manufacturing measure.
The available material also does not identify the factory’s location, the relevant production dates, or the robot model involved. It provides no evidence of customer deliveries, paid business installations, or robots performing work outside the factory.
For operators, the key question is whether factory output translates into useful machines in real workplaces.
